Oscar Onboarder is an AI chatbot designed to make onboarding easier for new employees in any business. It's adaptable and can be used on multiple platforms like WhatsApp or Telegram, or even embedded as a popup on websites. Its main roles are to help new employees by answering their everyday questions and to help them also in reporting to managers and supervisors. Oscar Onboarder is a practical, user-friendly tech solution that improves efficiency and communication in the workplace.

In developing Oscar Onboarder, I combined my technical expertise with a user-centric approach. By understanding the unique challenges faced by new employees, I crafted the chatbot using Webflow to ensure it was intuitive and responsive. Throughout the process, I focused on fine-tuning its features, like natural language processing and data management, for seamless integration on platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram. To illustrate Oscar's capabilities, I'm including three images: one showing the onboarding features, another for the reporting functions, and a flowchart diagram to visually represent the bot's systematic design.
